I am the average, ordinary guy who shouldn’t be blogging but is. I’m married to my beautiful wife Christy with three awesome kids–Allie (8), Ashley (4) and J.D (2).

I live to Change the World through the local church.  My lifes goals are to Live Big, Love Big and Give Big.  I hope someday when I get old my children will remember this in me!!!

I am presently preparing to launch a movement of churches in the Columbus Valley region.  If you read this blog and want to go with us…I’d say…come on!

  2. Hey Man!

I was so glad to meet you and Christy this weekend. I am hopeful that we can find some creative, courageous ways to support one another.

I put you in my blogroll @ http://www.ShaunInTheCity.com - so now you have to keep your blog updated regularly. If you don’t, I will post a very nasty blog post about you.

    How’s that for peer pressure?!

Ryan Murphy, your cousin is actively attending our church on Sunday evenings. We are technically a replant, but in most respects, a new church that is 4 weeks into our new services.

would love to talk with you sometime, check out what you guys are doing more, see what your progress is etc…..

  5. I found your web site through a link someone posted on Facebook. I have to tell you this….
Currently I live in Illinois. I attened a church here that I absolutely love!!!! It’s a new church, small and focused just as you are. My husband recently joined the Army. (I am from Columbus, born and raised) One of his choices for a duty station is there at Ft Benning. I have been praying that God will send us where he needs us. I know this prayer will be answered. The other part of that prayer is that God will guide us to a church that we can be a part of and help make a difference in where ever we go.
The link to your site comes at a great time. It makes me yearn to go home. It sounds as if your church is amazing and will accomplish great things through Christ.
All this to say… if we get stationed in Ft Benning… we will be there. I can’t wait to see what God has in store for the next chapter of our lives!!!!!
